We organise a range of seaside activities from our base at An Spidéal, Co. Galway. Adults and children over 10 years of age are welcome to take part.
Both wet and dry activities are available. They can be combined in any way that you like. Wet activities include kayaking, snorkelling, coasteering and paddleboarding, while seashore foraging and heritage talks are dry sessions.
We meet in the local hotel for a briefing on all activities, and for an introduction to each other.
You’ll only need to bring a swimsuit or rash vest (a nylon or polyester sports top), shorts, and old runners or sandals that can get wet. Changing facilities are available, along with a nice refreshing freshwater (cold!) rinse shower.
All specialist and safety equipment for activities is provided – wetsuits, buoyancy aids, helmets, paddles, and so on.
